STORE RETURN POLICY
We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective product for exchange or store credit within14 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Store credits expire one year from the original issue date. Sale items are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Shipping costs are not eligible for reimbursement.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal. Checks and money orders are not accepted. For security purposes, please do not send cash or include your credit card number in any email communication.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for orders shipped to: NY, CT, MA, IL and CA.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping via UPS on all domestic orders. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the continental United States.

2nd Day Air $25.00 Arrives in two business days when ordered before 1pm ET, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.*
Next Day Air $45.00 Arrives next business day when ordered before 1pm ET, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.*
* Please note that Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
* Shipping times are approximate.
* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.
*UPS only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.
REPAIR POLICY
We will do our best to cover basic repairs and manufacturing defects on any item made by Vitraux by Alejandra and sold through an authorized Vitraux by Alejandra dealer. All items submitted for repair must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
Lost items are not considered a manufacturing defect. We recommend that you periodically inspect clasps and other closures for secure fit. If adjusting is needed, please submit for repair.
Email: alejandra@vitrauxbyalejandra.com with your name, telephone number, order id number (if item was purchased through vitrauxbyalejandra.com), style number or brief description of the item, where the item was purchased and a description of the problem. It is helpful if you attach a photo, but not required. We will respond with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without a return authorization number or sales receipt from an authorized Vitraux by Alejandra Retailer will not be accepted.
If your item has been manufactured within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair. If your item is older than one year, you will be charged a minimum of $25.00 for basic repairs plus return shipping.

By using or purchasing any product through this site, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the site. We may update this Policy at our discretion and the most recent version shall be posted on this page immediately.
We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations.
