SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped and delivered via UPS on business days only (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Vitraux by Alejandra can only ship within the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam. We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/DPO/military addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 3-4 business days for an order to be processed before it is shipped. The service days below are in addition to processing time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.

RETURNS

Returns: Vitraux by Alejandra will gladly accept returns of unused, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. All requests for refund or exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt.
